Homeward.ph: 1,500+ Pages Indexed in 30 Days

I built Homeward.ph as a real estate research platform for Filipino buyers. Using programmatic SEO and tools-as-content, here's what happened in the first month.

The Problem

As a licensed real estate broker, I saw the same problem every day: Filipino home buyers, especially OFWs, had nowhere to do proper research. They'd search for zonal values, Pag-IBIG requirements, or property information and find outdated government PDFs, forum posts from 2018, or portal listings with "call for price."

Meanwhile, portals like Lamudi dominated search results for property queries, forcing developers and brokers to pay for visibility on their own listings. The information asymmetry was frustrating for buyers and expensive for sellers.

I decided to build the resource I wished existed: a platform where Filipino buyers could research properties, understand zonal values, calculate affordability, and make informed decisions, all without needing to "call for pricing" on everything.

The Strategy

Instead of competing head-on with portals for listing keywords, I targeted the research phase of the buyer journey with programmatic content and interactive tools.

Programmatic SEO

Generated 1,500+ location-specific pages targeting zonal values, city guides, and property research queries across the Philippines.

Tools as Content

Built interactive calculators and lookup tools that rank for informational queries and provide genuine value to users.

Content Depth

Each page includes unique, useful information, not thin content. Zonal value pages include historical data, nearby locations, and context.

Internal Linking

Strategic internal linking between related locations, tools, and guides to distribute authority and help users navigate.

What I Built

Homeward.ph includes several content types, each designed to capture different stages of the buyer research journey:

Zonal Value Pages

Over 1,000 pages covering zonal values across Philippine cities and municipalities. Each page includes current BIR zonal values, historical context, nearby locations, and what the numbers mean for buyers. These pages rank for queries like "zonal value [city] 2025", searches that indicate serious buyer intent.

Interactive Tools

Pag-IBIG affordability calculators, monthly payment estimators, and loan comparison tools. These aren't just lead capture forms. They're genuinely useful tools that help buyers understand what they can afford. They rank for informational queries and build trust.

Location Guides

Province and city guides that help buyers understand different areas of the Philippines. For OFWs researching from abroad, these provide context they can't get from listings alone.

The Results (30 Days)

Real numbers from Google Search Console, not vanity metrics.

Indexation

1,500+ pages indexed within 30 days of launch. Google discovered and indexed programmatic pages faster than expected due to strong internal linking and XML sitemap structure.

Impressions

From 0 to 2,000+ daily impressions in 30 days. The growth curve is still climbing as more pages gain authority and new content is added.

Geographic Coverage

Ranking for queries across Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Davao Region, and Soccsksargen. National coverage from a single site launch.

Sample Rankings

  • "zonal value amadeo cavite 2025"
  • "zonal value general santos 2025"
  • "zonal value tagum city 2025"
  • "pag-ibig housing loan calculator"
  • "house and lot [various cities]"

Rankings vary by location and continue to improve as domain authority builds.

Transparency: What We're Tracking

Homeward.ph is still early stage, 30 days in. I'm sharing real results, not cherry-picked wins from year-old campaigns. Here's what I'm watching as the site matures:

  • Click-through rates: Currently optimizing title tags and meta descriptions to improve CTR from impressions.
  • Conversion tracking: Setting up goal tracking for tool usage and inquiry forms.
  • Content expansion: Adding new location pages and tools based on search demand data.
  • Authority building: Working on earning mentions and links from relevant Philippine real estate sources.

I'll update this case study as the site grows. The point isn't to claim instant success. It's to show that this approach works, with real data to back it up.
